1RM (One Rep Max)
The maximum amount of weight a person can lift for one repetition of a given exercise.
TERMAMRAP
As Many Reps As Possible. A set taken to absolute failure or technical failure.
TERMAuto-regulation
Adjusting your training weight or volume based on your daily readiness and fatigue levels.
TERMDUP (Daily Undulating Periodization)
A training framework where volume and intensity change daily rather than in weekly blocks.
TERMRIR (Reps in Reserve)
The number of repetitions you could still perform before reaching failure.
TERMRPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion)
A subjective scale (usually 1-10) used to measure the intensity of a set.
